L89 jili is more than a betting site — it's a trusted home for entertainment for millions of people across Bangladesh. Here's the story of how it all began, who runs it, and the values it stands on.
A Platform Born from a Simple Question
Around 2019, the number of online betting platforms in Bangladesh was growing — yet they all shared one common problem: none of them were built with Bangladeshi users in mind. Interfaces were in English, payment methods were foreign, and support teams couldn't speak Bangla. The founding team at l89 jili saw that gap clearly.
The question was simple: if people in Bangladesh can communicate in Bengali, send money via bKash and Nagad, and follow detailed coverage of pitches in Mirpur — why can't a betting platform be fully Bangladeshi too? l89 jili was built in search of that answer.
It started small — a compact team, a limited market, but a clear sense of direction: built for the people of Bangladesh, in their language, using their payment systems. Six years on, that small team has grown to over 150 people, and more than 500,000 registered members have chosen l89 jili as their platform of choice.
L89 jili is headquartered in Dhaka, but its operations span every district in Bangladesh. From Rangpur to Bandarban, Khulna to Sylhet — people across every district receive the same quality of service. This nationwide reach has been made possible not just through technology, but through deep connections with local communities.
Bangladesh's love of cricket has played a defining role in l89 jili's journey. During every major Bangladesh national team match, user activity on l89 jili surges to three or four times its usual level. In recognition of that passion, l89 jili places special focus on cricket analysis, pitch reports, and local betting bonuses.
What l89 jili believes and how it operates
Six core principles that form the foundation of everything we do
Six years at a glance
"When we started l89 jili, we felt the people of Bangladesh deserved a platform of their own — one with no language barriers, no payment hassles, and Bengali-language support whenever you have a question. That vision is now a reality."
The principles that guide every decision we make
Our experienced team works every day to make the platform better
Beyond these four, l89 jili's team of 150+ includes engineers, designers, content specialists, and a payments team — all dedicated to building the best platform for the people of Bangladesh.
L89 jili members represent all 64 districts of Bangladesh. A player sitting beside a tea garden in Sylhet and a businessman in Motijheel, Dhaka — both receive the same quality of service. That equality is something l89 jili takes genuine pride in.
L89 jili works even when mobile internet speeds are slow in rural areas. In low-bandwidth mode, pages load quickly, odds update in real time, and bets go through without a hitch. That's a deliberate technical choice — because l89 jili isn't just for city users.
Twice a year, l89 jili collects detailed feedback from its active users — which features are needed, where problems arise, and what content requires more language support. This feedback goes directly to the product team and is reflected in the next update.
"I've been using l89 jili from Mymensingh for two years now. Everything is clear in Bangla, and cashing out to Nagad takes under three minutes."
"Internet is slow in Satkhira, but the l89 jili app has never hung — not even during live betting."
Based on the 2026 annual user survey
For l89 jili, this goes beyond just following the rules
L89 jili believes betting is at its best when it's a form of entertainment. When it starts to feel like a source of stress, it's time to step back. This philosophy isn't just talk — it shows in everything l89 jili does.
Lowering your deposit limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period — and that's intentional. During a self-exclusion period, no new account can be opened, even if you contact support. That strictness is intentional too.
